I know what it feels like to train hard, stay consistent, and still feel like your body is not changing. For years, I would spend hours in the gym getting stronger and looking fuller, but never really losing the weight I wanted.

Everything changed when I hired a coach, followed a proper plan, stopped guessing, and became accurate with my training and nutrition. I lost 23kg in 20 weeks, then later lost 18kg in 16 weeks while still eating foods I enjoy and living a balanced life.

Now I use the same proven methods with my clients: clear training, realistic nutrition, accountability, and honest support. No extreme diets. No impossible promises. Just realistic results for real people who are ready to commit.

For people who want hands-on coaching and someone there making sure every session actually counts. You’ll learn how to move properly, push hard safely, and stop wasting sessions guessing what to do.

You want in-person accountability, better technique, and direct coaching every time you train.

Hybrid

From £200/month

For people who want the motivation of personal training, but also need a proper plan to follow when they’re training on their own. You get hands-on coaching when you need it, plus structure and accountability between sessions.

Best for:
You want the support of PT, but you also want the flexibility to train independently with a clear plan.

Includes:

  • In-gym PT sessions every other week

  • Personalised training plan

  • Weekly check-in call on your solo training week
